Rylie’s 8 week program is amazing!!! I was struggling to find a good routine at the gym and didn’t know how to structure a week of workouts. Rylie helped me build a good schedule at the gym that I still follow to this day.
What I loved most about this program and Rylie are the constant check ins. Each week we would discuss how the workouts went, what I liked and didn’t like, and with that feedback she was able to write a new week of workouts that continued to challenge me. From working until failure, increasing weights, and getting my steps in she really made sure each workout was well rounded!
Rylie is always very well knowledge in nutrition and the importance of what you put into your body. She helped me cut some bad eating habits and also taught me the importance of your protein intake! After the 8 week challenge, I am now way more aware of the foods I consume!
I highly recommend this program to any new gym goers or anyone who just wants a good challenge at the gym! I loved all the workouts and still incorporate them in my routine today!! Thank you Rylie!!

Although I’ve only been seeing Rylie for a couple months, she has been the most encouraging and supporting trainer I’ve ever been with, which I’ve had a few before. Rylie’s positivity and passion for what she does, really makes it motivating and easy to continue training with her.
Rylie answers every and any question I have, without making any judgments. Rylie has made me want to continue my journey because even with only being with her for a short period of time, I feel better emotionally and psychically.
