Twelve Week Program
This twelve week 'transform your life' program starts with an hour-long meeting with me (virtual or in-person) to determine what program structure will help you reach your goals. Whether you are brand new to working out and fueling your body correctly or you have been working out for years, I have the knowledge and experience to help you get to where you want to be. The main difference between this program and the eight week program is the additional four weeks of coaching. In three months, your body has the ability to transform in amazing ways and with twelve weeks of guidance you can build a foundation for the rest of your life. I will design customized and specific workouts based on your body composition goal. Along with the training program, it also includes nutrition guidance and meal recommendations. I will work with you to create macro and caloric goals and help you plan out weekly shopping lists. You will have 24/7 access to me for any questions you may have and weekly hour long check-ins. I am here to support you and work with you step-by-step so you feel comfortable in your own skin while doing this program. I believe having a strong community of people behind you is a key part of being successful, especially when it comes to fitness. Because of this I also will host optional hour long virtual meetings with the entire Rylie Kyhn Fitness community so you can get to know other people involved in challenges and programs. This is a great opportunity to not only make friends but give all of my clients the chance to talk about what they like or anything that has been challenging for them. It is designed to create sustainable habits that you will be able to carry throughout the rest of your life!
